Work With People Who Actually Care About Financial Clarity

We're a small team in regional Queensland helping businesses sort through their finances without the usual corporate nonsense. Most of us came here because we wanted to do meaningful work that actually helps people understand where their money goes.

If you're tired of working in environments where everything feels transactional and you'd rather spend time solving real problems for real businesses, we might be a good fit. We're not promising a revolutionary workplace or some perfect culture. Just honest work with decent people.

Based in Newtown, QLD — we value in-person collaboration but understand life sometimes requires flexibility.

We're growing slowly and deliberately. Each role matters because we're small enough that every person shapes how we work.

What It's Actually Like Here

We asked two team members to share their experience. These are their real thoughts, not marketing copy.

Elara Brightwell, Senior Budget Analyst

"I joined in 2023 after burning out at a larger consultancy. What struck me first was how much autonomy I had. Nobody micromanages here. You're trusted to manage your own schedule and priorities. The downside? You need to be comfortable with ambiguity sometimes. We're figuring things out as we grow, which can be energizing or frustrating depending on your personality."

Elara Brightwell

Senior Budget Analyst, with us since 2023

Cassian Thorpe, Client Success Lead

"The best part about working here is seeing clients actually implement the suggestions we make. At my previous job, I felt like I was just producing reports that went into a void. Here, you follow projects through and see the impact. The office is pretty quiet — we're not a social butterfly environment. If you need constant interaction, that might feel isolating. But if you value focused work time, it's ideal."
